Twitter "Following" List & List Creation Help

So I've been scanning the internet now for a little bit trying to figure out something and I'm wondering if someone here can help.
I have about 2000 accounts I follow on Twitter. In a perfect world, I'd love to "hack" this a bit and break all those users up into lists, but I want to see where I stand right now. So, I'm looking for a tool or script which will do two things.
1) Bring the list of people I follow into a spreadsheet.
2) Add a column to tell me if I've put them into a list.
Then I can lookup all the people I haven't added to a list and do it.
It's kind of the opposite of what every other social media tool does, where you want to know your followers and then analyze, I want the opposite to have a better personal Twitter experience and look at who I follow for more specific topics quicker.
