New to iOS. Any apps for good hashtags on IG?

Just switched to iOS and bought my first iPhone and I'm having a hard time finding an app with what I need. I used to have "Preview - Plan your Instagram" on my last Android phone, not necessarily for the planning part, but for the hashtags. As I was writing a hashtag I was given suggestion to existent ones on instagram AND the number of posts they have. It was really useful and efficient... unfortunately my app went through an update before changing my phone and I was no longer able to see the number of posts.
Is there any free iOS app doing this? Or maybe even a desktop app or website?
It's really frustrating for me to write hashtags while searching them on instagram too.
