Issues that cannot be resolved

I feel like there should be a list of things that you have to check after creating a new Instagram account if you have the intention of dedicating your time into growing it and reaching a large audience, and by that i mean make sure that there are no flaws whatsoever in that specific account.
I've had many issues with 2 of my accounts which have a large following currently since the day i created them, one of the major ones being having to deal with the inability to post stories with polls or any other Instagram story feature which is crucial for engagement (the app crashed on every device i tried even while being connected to different IP's, so it's safe to assume that the account has this issue and chances of it being resolved are slim since Instagram support is non-existent.
It all sounds odd and it definitely is uncommon for people to deal with this, but why not save yourself form dealing with this later on if it does happen?
