Instagram users, do you also feel like you have to constantly go back and forth to the computer? What's your workflow?

I'm posting content to a IG account but I like to take my pictures with a decent camera, namely a DSLR camera.
So I need to take the pics on the camera, import them to my computer, send them to my phone and start the IG post there. Then for the description and hashtags I like to research these and compose the message on my computer, so I also have to send that back to my phone and finish posting from there.
Am I the only one? Seems like I'm losing a ton of time switching contexts (camera->computer->phone->computer->phone) Any of you guys use any cool tools or know of a better way to handle this?
