Hello. I am responsible for a marketing agency and we have developed our activity to create contents for brands. We developed GIFS through Giphy for Instagram. And I've already closed some contracts to develop these animations in GIF. About 2 months ago Giphy removed my status and all my Gifs disappeared. Since then they just sent me an email saying that I could not make gifs but my brands could.
Since then I have submitted several applications and no one has ever answered me. Their support simply works very badly. Has anyone experienced this yet? It is very important for my activity. Any advice is welcome.
