Community management tool recommendations for a brand

Hi all. I help manage the social media accounts for a couple of brands. I also manage their influencer partnerships, and ratings and review farming. We used to work with an agency, specifically for one brand, but to cut costs they had to let them go. The agency had built a custom community management tool so they would have a pool of influencers to review new products on their blogs, and on our own websites. When we let them go, we didn't have access to that custom platform anymore. Our upper management has been asking how we can continue to manage this community of influencers, but with our limited resources I'm not sure how we can do this unless we have a tool. I was thinking something like Facebook groups could work, but that would take a lot of time to set up, recruit, and manage. Right now our team is 3 people. One person who has been with us a total of two weeks. I think running a group on Facebook would eat up too much of our time and energy. The Facebook group, however, is the type of platform I am picturing. Do any of you have recommendations for a platform where you can direct influencers/bloggers to join basically an advocacy group and you can talk to them directly to request product reviews?
