Blocked on fb but see updated pic in messanger..

So i was browsing through my messanger and came across a convo from a girl I was dating a few months back. It went sour, we broke up and she went ghost and blocked me.
However, I see a new pic for her avatar in messanger. Its not the one she currently has, but its a recent one.
Does this mean she unblocked me to creep and reblocked me?
