What size hashtags are best to use on Instagram?

I run a small page that I am trying to grow posting my own artwork. I usually try to post 8-10 hashtags per post with half of those hashtags with under 20k-30k posts and then the other half closer to 100k posts.
What I am wondering is what size hashtags you find work the best for you?
