Looking at SalesForce Social Studio - better out there?

I'm currently an IT Consultant who has some customers that want my company to take over their social media marketing. I have zero experience here, and they know it, but I figured we could at least adopt a process from something like Social Studio and at least have moderate results to begin.
The question I have here is, is Social Studio one of the best platforms? Are there better platforms? The idea is to function off something along the lines of Research, Plan, Implement, Measure, Optimize, Research....
The "rough draft" deliverables I want to be able to pull from the software and provide to customers include:
1.) Monthly Recap of ‘engagements’ in report format
2.) Recommendations on ‘Boosting’ content and value analysis
3.) Total management of one social media platform (Messenger, Posts, Ads)
4.) Custom created images and photos (hired local graphic designer and photographer)
5.) Customer Team involvement
6.) Reusable content delivery
