Is there any interest in a tool to post Youtube videos to Instagram?

I'm considering building a tool that will let you take a clip from a youtube video and post it directly to instagram.
As far as I can see, there is only one existing tool that attempts this, but it actually just downloads the youtube clip to your device. You then have to manually log into your IG account and post it seperately.
In my mind I'm imagining a tool where you'd connect your IG account, paste the youtube video link, choose the section of the video you want to post, then you are done.
Is this a tool that would be useful for digital marketers? Or would this be a tool that no one would use? I'd like to know now before invest my time and effort.
Any feedback or ideas would be greatly appreciated :)
