Instagram business account won't stay connected to my Facebook business page

I have an Instagram business profile and a Facebook business page.
Through Instagram > Settings > Accounts > Linked Accounts, I can connect the Instagram account to my Facebook business page so that I see the Facebook in blue followed by my company page. But as soon as I leave the Linked Accounts page, Instagram gets disconnected. If I go back to Linked Accounts, I see Facebook is greyed out (with the company page name below it) and I have to reconnect. This is different from my personal Instagram and personal Facebook account. There, the connection stays connected and remains in blue, which is what I want for the business account.
Any help would be appreciated.
