Tumblr december 17 ban

So it seems that Tumblr somewhat failed at removing adult content so far. Is it just me or the only things that changed was removing alot of covers and avatars, flagging alot of posts and adding a sensitive warning on each blog.. and still not every blog, that should come into this list is affected by these changes... i am still getting same posts, from same blogs, and still getting notes myself.. some of the blogs havent even changed their appeareance... Anyone else experiencing this?
