Looking for "ambassador expectations" template?

Hello! I run social media for a non-profit radio station that recently started a podcast network.
We're about to bring in some small influential bloggers and speakers for their own podcasts, and I'm basically looking for any and all "expectations for sharing" templates and or documents you all might have written up? I want to provide concise information and best practices without overwhelming them... And when I start typing mine up it just looks like a research paper on latest data haha.
Any and all help would be appreciated!
