Im practicing a lot this market research thing and im afraid that I may waste time looking in the wrong places. Heres the tasks that I have tell me if i would be wasting time or not.

  1. Write 5 possible subniches that need my product.
  2. Look at 5 places about that subniche.
  3. Find top posts, comments, questions and learn from that about the people in the niche.
  4. Find 10 people on each site that have top posts or comments and talk to them to get data i need about the audience and the need for my product.
  5. When I have more clarity I will start looking what doesn't work to get data from there.

It's that right? am I doing it efficiently and effectively? if not tell me what should I do to be more efficient and effective.
