Haven't recieved instagram updates since 2016..

Hey guys. Was just wondering what do i do about that? I have my IG since 2014 i believe and i didnt get poll option, gifs, countdown, questions... i did update my apo sevral times, downloafed apk files... made couple of accs and they all have those options but mine (main) acc doesn't. Any fix?
