Facebook and lame copyright violations

Yesterday I reposted a short clip of driving in the snow in Yosemite I found on Reddit to my FB account.
Today I get a message telling me there was a copyright violation, and multiple screens with a warning that if I did it again I would most likely be banned.
This was amateur looking video, not something from a movie studio.
Fuck Facebook — what incentive do I have to share anything now that anything can be a bannable offense?
I think Facebook has a lot of nerve treating its users so harshly, especially the way they mine and rape our privacy.
