Needing help with payment option on multiple Facebook campaigns.

I run a small media company and have been getting more customers that are wanting to run Facebook ads. In the past, I would write down all of my campaigns and switch the payment amounts to be pulled with thresholds. That worked but not the best practice.
How am I able to run multiple ads and then pull from different cards?
I have a Business Manager Account set up and have my personal ad account connected. It was so confusing setting that up.
