I would like to schedule post in advance for Twitter, Instagram and maybe some other social platforms. What app or website is best for this?

I've used twittimer and it's pretty good but only let's me post about 7 posts in advance. Should I pay the subscription fee to get full access or is there a better cheaper alternative?
