When someone hires you to do social media work, admits that they need help with it, then proceed to spend the rest of their time telling you how to do your work. Altering your words on posts, rescheduling the posts... If you think you can do the work yourself, then don't hire me.
I get it, everyone has a Facebook or Instagram these days, so they feel they can do the work. Telling me how to do my work when you have no experience or background in the area is equivalent to telling an engineer how to build a bridge just because you're the CEO of an engineering company, but a CEO without any education on engineering. Or diagnosing sickness without actually being a GP or a specialist in that health area.
Part of me wonder if its because I am a young woman and he is an older man, but that's probably not why.
