As it turns out, Instagram lets you post from the mobile web site interface.
Download Google Chrome
Create separate profile in Chrome for each Instagram account
Set Chrome profile to remember me and keep me logged in on each account, as well as making Instagram the startup page for each profile.
Boom! Post to any of them from one device by switching profiles in Chrome.
