Grey mobile phone icon appearing on bottom of chat conversation. Don't know what it means

I have just sent an image on my phone and on desktop a grey icon of a mobile phone appears on the bottom of the conversation.

I have sent images before from my phone but this is the first time this icon appears. Does anyone know the meaning of this?
