Facebook keeps wanting my pictures

I recently created a facebook account, added 5 friends and Facebook wants picture of my face.i send them a pic and waited 2 days to be able to have access to my account.After that I send only 1 friend request and Facebook again wants pic of my face!!!I send a pic and im waiting again.Also they always ask me do I really know this person.I dont add random people,and I also check pics and info before I send a friend request!This is really annoying, anyone knows the reason for this problem??
