[Facebook ads] Learning phase longer than previusly?

Hey all, I would like to ask you if you happened to notice anything similar to what I have, along with a couple of colleagues. It would appear to us that the learning phase (during which, ads seem to show up less frequently for users) takes longer in the case of a Facebook ad than it did before and the fact that it may take up to two days really makes it hard to run short campaigns that last only for a few days.
Have you had any similar experiences? Do you have any tips that could perhaps help make the process go a bit faster? Thanks for any info in advance.
