Advice on purchasing accounts with a high follower count.

Hopefully someone here can help me. I’m doing social media management on the side at the moment and a client of mine has expressed interest in purchasing a instagram account with a high follower count in order to skip the growth process. I’ve recommended against it, but it’s not my choice. I want to make sure where ever I purchase an account from they are a legit company and I’m actually going to be able to get this guy his account. Do you know of any sites with a good reputation? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
