my (24f) SOs Snapchat discover page is all random females?

Hey reddit, I’m just curious, why is it that when I go to discover on my boyfriends Snapchat there’s a little bit of random ads and then lots of different random females (not ones he would know) that mostly look like Instagram models or Snapchat models that get paid to post underwear stuff? He doesn’t follow these people- they just show up there. And if you refresh it it’s all new random people. I’m wondering if it’s because he’s subscribed to top tier and southern gentlemen’s club? I’m just curious because it drives me nuts.
Tdlr; boyfriends snapchat has random females that pop up and that you can add or subscribe to on discover and I don’t know why
