Separating business and personal facebook

Hi,
I want to start running facebook ads for my older relative's business. Last time I created a facebook business page for him, the page was suggested to MY personal friends - overall facebook did not keep the business and personal network separate.
Is there any workaround for this? My relative has his own personal account and I do not want to have to use it to access the business account. I could make a new facebook account, but I heard facebook does not want people to have more than one account or make an anonymous account.
