Best Tools to vet influencers

Wondering about the best tools to vet influencers. Since the API change my old tools are not helpful :(. Looking for things like engagement , most used hashtags, follower growth etc.
Our agencies / partners have suggested quite a long list of people and right off the bat I'm leery of a couple based on past experiences but want the analytics/ numbers to back up my reasoning.
