Transferring Ownership of FB Page to a New Business Manager account?

I need help!
A former ads manager has their Business Manager account as the "Owner" of a Page that I am taking over with my business manager. My Business Manager is already an Admin and has full rights to the page. We are trying to remove the "Owner".
Anyone know how to do this? I can't find anyone that has documented how to do this and it's driving me crazy and wasting lots of time! Any help would be SO MUCH appreciated. Thank you!
