Image Posts on LinkedIn Company Page?

I'm trying to post a photo to a company page (the photo is vertical with an original 4:3 aspect ratio). I know LinkedIn posts should be optimized for 1200 x 628 pixels, but there's really no way I can post a normal photo like this without it being cropped?
I'm looking on other company pages and they have images of this size that don't get cropped like mine do when I try to post them.
Please help ! :(
