Instagram Close Friends/Favourites List missing?

Hi there, i've been looking for an answer to this for quite a while, every person i know has Favorites Feature in their instagram, and i've tried everything to get it. Reinstalled the app, logged out, logged in another cellphone, no luck.
I've already contacted instagram a couple times, but no response.
Any tips?
