I post children food recipes and have 50k followers on Instagram. Need to start monetizing (more) off of this passion. Should I write a book or make an app? Anyone here have experience with starting an app from scratch?

I've had fans tell me time and time again to write a book or make YouTube videos. I'm a stay at home mom and would love to help bring more income to our household.
I currently have paid collaborations with various brands, but I'm looking to do something that's all mine, and where I can present all my dishes in one place (and charge a small amount for access).
Should I write a book or recipes, or make an app where I can include more info besides just the recipes, and that way I can even make updates to add more as they come?
I've never made an app before but I know someone who does graphic design and who will help me for free. Anyone have experience with making an app?
