Facebook Locations - Question

Hi everyone. I'm looking for some advice on Facebook Locations.
So I manage a Facebook Business page for a company with many physical stores and we're looking into Facebook Locations. I've read a couple bits online and on Facebooks website but the term "facebook locations" doesn't get me far on Google so I'm finding it hard to do more research.
I'm basically looking for a couple case studies (not from Facebook) and perhaps some pros and cons so I can decide if its the right step to take or not. Would be ideal if these were UK based.
