Anyone have experience with Facebook unpublishing a page?

I am so frustrated. I work for a small business managing their social pages, and one was recently unpublished for “violating guidelines”. They don’t tell off the bat which guideline you even broke. When I was finally able to get in contact with someone, they said the page contained “misleading information” but REFUSED to tell me what post might have been tagged that way. For the record, the page is for an home electronics product the company is selling.
They were absolutely awful, rude, and hardly provided any information whatsoever. I’m about to get in big trouble at work now because we have spent money on advertising this page and now it’s gone. Has anyone else dealt with something like this before?
