Simply Measured super inaccurate - what's the best alternative for social reporting?

So after months of using the software I have discovered the reach count and engagement count are awfully wrong. Data on the reports simply cant be trusted, it actually seems random.

So now I'm stuck. What is the best social reporting tool to use? I need the following metrics across Twitter, Facebook and Instagram for both my accounts and accounts of my competitors;

- Reach

- Comments

- Video Views

Ive been testing out Locowise and it seems OK, but it wont compile reach numbers from different platforms, so I need to add them up manually.
