Did my Instagram get hacked?

I noticed today my Instagram profile automatically started to post photos of an ad for "rbndi.com" some kind of ray band sunglasses website every few hours...it'd tag a whole lot of my followers on that post and obviously annoy them and clutter up my profile feed.
The only thing i did differently between having this spam is i let a girl follow me. Since then though, ive blocked her just in case she was carrying the virus...
First of all, what issue am i having? And how can I fix it? I tried reporting the automatically generated posts but since they are my own posts, i could only delete it and not report it. I had to delete 6 of them an hour ago and now there were 2 others that popped up and had to delete them...
Fuck viruses.
