I recently spoke with a room of realtors about using social media to find and sell listing. I ask them how much business they do on Facebook a month. The place went silent. WTF? Stop posting inspirational quotes,and start having conversations. It blows my mind when they say they can't measure ROI on social. Do some freaking deals.
