Why is someone else's business page showing up when I try to tag my page?

I work for a real estate company and one of our agents tried tagging her page in a post, but her page doesn't show up. Her sister in law's page shows up instead even though they have completely different names. Even when I tried tagging her in a status, it just shows her sister in law's page and she doesn't come up. Help!
