Can you bulk delete inactive Instagram followers?

Hey gang,
It looks like, with the recent algorithm upgrade, IG feeds with tons of inactive users get punished for having low engagement. That means that if over the years you have been followed by a ton of low activity users who might not even be around anymore (courtesy of ultra-cheap SMM doing his follow/unfollow magic) you now are going to struggle with getting your posts to be exposed to your follower base.
How does one clean these users up? Is there an app or a service where I can bulk select hundreds of users at a time and remove them from my followers? Can something automatically do this for me?
Please advise.
