Reels not available on my account, but available on another account

So i have my account and some other client accounts on my ig app.
Instagram isnt available on my own account (its a business account) but when i switch to my client's account, the feature is available (its also a business account) both accounts are in the same country as well.
What could be the reason for that or anybody had the issue and fixed it?
