Instagram Hashtags Hidden Workaround Ideas

Instagram has restricted all hashtags to only show the top post for about a week now, and who know when it will end. This has decreased my post engagement on both my personal account and another account I run for my work.
What are you're tips for working around this issue? What other aspect of social media strategy should I focus on?(Or is everyone as stuck as me lol?)
