HELP!! Reviews incorrect on Facebook Business Page.

I have a Facebook page for the business I manage. It is showing a rating of 2 out of 5 based on the opinion of 4 people. However we have 30 or 40 reccomendedations, and out of those there are 2 negative, the rest are all positive. Does anyone know why this is happening?? Thanks
