Anyone else having this issue?

I run a small agency and have several ad accounts tied to my personal account on Facebook. The other day Facebook disabled one of the dormant accounts for an unspecified policy violation. This account has not run a campaign since late 2018.
Since that point Facebook has been rejecting ads on my active accounts due to:
Attempt to create new advertising accounts after we have penalised existing accounts for violations of our policies
When I try to have a review of the the dormant account ban I get stuck in a log in loop, where it tells me to log in when I am already and I can't choose an ad account for review. It's a nightmare.
Is anyone encountering the same or similar, could it be related to the US election?
