I saw a Twitter account (can't post because of subreddit rules) with 84 Thousand followers. Multiple posts a day and not a single engagement. And I am not even sure what the heck is going on. The dude is posting some borderline deranged crap multiple times a day.

Followers and likes are not a good KPI. Sales or site hits can be good KPI.
