TikTok - increase Credits for Ads Account

Hey guys,
so I am running ads for various clients in an agency account on tiktok however our rep somehow disappeared. We are running the monthly invoice setup but our credits have run out and we are about to run out of balance - does anyone know how to up the credits? Or does it automatically do so when an invoice has been paid?
