How can I write better social media posts?

I got hired as a social media manager manager and I manage over 15 different accounts.
After writing 24 posts a day for 10 different niches, I start to get fatigued and write lazy posts and my grammar gets bad.
How can I write better posts that attract a following more efficiently.
And how can improve my grammar? I bought granmarly premium to double check and that app still messes up.
I just want to master posting and then I can work on advertising!
