Does reels lower your original posts natural reach and engagement?

Earlier my posts used to get around 1000 likes at minimum when the algorithm changed and my reach was cut.
Now I have a reel that has gotten about 45k views while my posts only get around 400 likes
Does the reach of my reel lower my original posts reach?
