Any advice for a new account posting high-production videos once or twice a month?

I am starting a online publication and want to center the content on videos for the first phase of the launch. I will be posting on social only once or twice a month to begin with, because of the level of production (e.g., filming, video editing, voice over, sound, FX, etc). Is there any strategy I can use to attract followers even though I post so infrequently? Is this at all possible?
