Should I start a new instagram account ( for my art )

I have 1.25K followers and my reach is between 150 and 300 usually with 9% usually not following me . I have had some fanart and challenges reaching 400+ and a couple 2000+ with 10-20 saves . ( and 60 likes on average) Other than those 3-5 posts little engagement.
Where are the rest of the 1.2K ? And also some of these rotate .. like not the same people like the posts .
I have had the account since 2013. And I completely quit instagram in 2016 then I decided to re use that account a year later and i used a few engagement boosting services which might’ve been a mistake back then .
Should i start over ? Is it worth it?
