how to stop plateauing on IG?

it seems like we can only gain followers if we do giveaways, besides this we literally never grow followers. we've been stuck at 75.4k for several weeks now.
i think we have a pretty good account, aesthetic, and we heavily interact with our users, but our following can be flat for months until we do a giveaway. it's not like we're not getting any followers at all, but we're getting about an equal amount of unfollowers per day.
