Facebook's New Layout - What Picture Size Now?

As many of you are aware, come September 1st, Facebook Classic will go away and you will be forced to use Facebook's new layout. We have been experimenting with it and it seems like 1080x1080 is also going away? Anytime we view a 1080x1080 picture post on the new layout, it cuts the top and the bottom off. Has anyone else experienced this? I have been unable to find any articles about this. Looking for all insight.
